The Syrou Melathron Hotel and Suites was built in the middle of the 19th century (1856). It is undoubtedly a monument of the past, and its figure dominates the St. Nicholas area, also known as Vaporia, near the Asteria bay. No visitor will not be deeply impressed by the view of this Neoclassic structure. In 1993 it was transformed to an A class hotel. Roof paintings (frescoes), wooden structures, boiseries and all the decorative elements that remind the luxury of the past were given a fresh breath.
