The houses are located in a residential community with its own tavernas and kafe and overlooks the sea. The houses are an architectural delight consisting of 2 floors, spanning a total of 150 to 230 m2 each ,and has been tastefully decorated with a modern style.
The ground floor contains a 100 m2 living room with several sofas, a 32 inch LED screen TV with a DVD player, satellite, and home cinema. Then the dining area is furnished with a large glass table. The spectacular open-plan kitchen with an island fixture is fully equipped with all the necessary for preparing home cooked meals such as oven, kettle, coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a washing machine and dryer.
In total there are 3 bedrooms: On the ground floor you will find a suite with double bed, desk, TV, A/C ,window or access in the garden, and a bathroom with a tube or shower and wash-hand basin.
The first floor has 2 suite bedrooms with double bed,bathroom with Jacuzzi or shower tube and access to a private terrace.
There is internet wifi and cable access and a telephone available for local calls only, and there is also air conditioning and heating.
The house is surrounded by terraces extending 35 m2 with enough garden furniture, sofas and chairs for everyone. The private pool 5m x 5m pool has a "counter-current" swimming system, adding a lovely touch to evening dinners on the terrace. The garden is well maintained and perfect for children. In the garage there is space for up to 1 cars. Also included in the price is a cleaning service twice a week .
The terrace and pool area is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas for private use. There is a parking place for every Villa. A car is necessary in order to explore the area and the whole island.
