Ostria is located in Katarraktis, a fishing village 13 km south of Chios town and 8 km from Chios airport.

The complex is family owned and managed, was built in 1998 and renovated in 2004.

It has 18 studios and 4 apartments, all with private balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea, a swimming pool with sea water and a parking area.
