Individual properties near Makris Yialos beach are highly sought after, so we are pleased to offer these three detached villas. They stand in their own gardens below the road, only a 2-3 minute walk from the excellent sandy beach here. A swimming pool open to the public is a 5 minute walk away.

The houses are separated from one another by a mature surrounding garden. Each comprises one twin and one double bedroom (both bedrooms have air-conditioning and some have access to a side-terrace); a good-sized living room with a well equipped kitchen area (full cooker, fridge); and a bathroom with full bath, shower and wc. To the front there is a large veranda with sunblind. A sofa-bed in the living room can accommodate a child. The houses are well furnished to a modern standard throughout. Makris Yialos beach is reached via a small lane and some steps, and in the other direction you will find a selection of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk along the main road.
