The Studios are located in the centre of the town. The distance from the waterfront of Parga is one minute, while the beach of Kryoneri (meaning "Cold Water"), is 3 minutes. It is close to all the restaurants on all sides, as well as a supermarket behind it, where you can do some shopping in case you prefer self catering.
