The Hotel - Apartment complex Perla Beach is in the ownership of the Katzourakis family, who has been in the hotel business since 1964. The construction of Perla Beach began in 1985 and was established in 1988.
Since then we have remodeled and expanded our complex to better suit our guests. In 1994 a new wing was established with 5 new studios and in 1998 the swimming pool, a new floor level with 2 new studios and 3 maisonettes. The last changes took place in 2002, when a 2 storey wing with the reception, 7 studios and the sauna of the hotel was built.
