In the shared area there are three big swimming pools, with sun beds and tables, and big parking area. All apartments have balconies or terraces which allow sitting out and enjoying the nice view and the sun. All are equipped with table and chairs for dinning in the balcony.
There are three buildings (A,B,C), in every building there are four apartments. The apartment No1 on the ground floor is 70 m2 and it is for 4 people. The apartment No2 in first floor is also for four people, 65 m2. In the 3rd floor there are two apartments. No 3 is 40 m2, and it is for three people. The apartment No 4 is 25 m2 for two people. Every building is with one big swimming pool and nice place to enjoy the sun and sun beds.
The accommodation is light and airy. Furnishing and décor are simple, modern and the best quality. All apartments comprise comfortable beds (twins or doubles) with bed side tables and nice lights, dressing table with chairs for dinner inside and table with chairs for dinner outside. All the apartments are equipped with air-conditions and LCD T.V. All apartments include modern baths fully tilled with bathing hut (tub), and W.C. All kitchens/ kitchenettes are fitted made out of wood. They are fully equipped with fridge, 4 or 2 cooking rings, sink, and cupboards. Extractor fan and all necessary ustensils. All studios have dinner tables and chairs for dining out on the balcony.

Apartment for four people (No1 70m2,) is the ground floor apartment, is one apartment with two different bedrooms: With double bed, satellite TV, air condition in each bedroom. Very big shower/wc, very nice and autonomic kitchen. On the terrace there is one big dinner table so that you can enjoy your coffee or your dinner and you are just two steps from the swimming pool.

Apartment for four people (No2 65m2): It is on the first floor with one big bed room with double bed and wardrobe, one big sofa in one of the bedrooms. Suite shower/wc and very nice kitchen. With big dinner table and one big balcony so that you can enjoy the nice view.

Apartment for three people (No3 40m2) is on the second floor, with one big bed room with double bed and wardrobe, one big sofa. Suited shower/wc and very nice kitchen. With big dinner table on the balcony that you can enjoy the nice view.
